Servers are slow and there is far too much down time. I've stuck with them until now because they are relatively cheap and when my sites go down it's usually only for a few hours, but mostly because I've been too lazy to pack up and leave. Recently however, my sites have been going down far more frequently and as I write this review they have been down for the last 51 hours and I still have had no meaningful response from tech support beyond "we apologise for the inconvenience". I'm currently in the process of transferring my domains elsewhere because I simply can't get any response from them at all at the moment, and I have no idea when or if my sites will be coming back up, or why they're even down.
